Purpose of the Meeting
Swimming Victoria Metro North Inc. will hold a Annual General Meeting to:
Present Annual reports
Present and discuss the proposed new association constitution.
Conduct the election of office bearers.
RSVP Information
All clubs are required to have at least one representative attend. Please register your club's attendance or submit an apology for the AGM by 30 September, via our online form, select the AGM RSVP button.
On the registration form, you will be asked to select your attendance type:
In Person: Attend at the physical venue (Yarra Plenty Waves Club Rooms: 20 Liat Way, Off Sainsbury Ave, Greensborough).
Online: Join virtually (the meeting link will be provided prior to the meeting).
Nominate a Proxy: Appoint a representative to vote on your club's behalf (deadline of 2 August 2025)
Apology: Unable to Attend
